Global innovation networks in postindustrial economy: the openness and scientific collaboration

The modern concept of innovative development on the basis of network interaction and scientific cooperation between subjects of innovative process at global level is presented in the article. The basic types of network interaction of the companies from the organizational point of view, and also classification of innovative networks are considered. Ordering of advantages and restrictions of development of global innovative networks on the basis of the concept of open innovations and international scientific collaboration is conducted. Directions of forming of innovative networks in Russia as modern concept of innovative development is researched, conclusions are drawn on measures of state policy.
