Competition as the most important element of the market as the economic system is presented in the article. It is because of competition invisible hand of market forces every participant of economic relations in pursuit of personal gain to produce economic benefits, society needs.
     Banking competition is formed with the implementation of credit institutions of monetary, investment, settlement and other payment related to the development and implementation in the banking market their products and services. The purpose of each bank - to involve it is as much as possible clients to sell it more than bank services and, as consequence, to receive more than profit.
