The credit policy of banks in conditions of innovative economic growth in Russia

In the article it is marked that peculiarity of the modern period is the economics modernization on the innovation basis at the state level. It demands the change of the credit bank politicy, main purpose which consists today in the credit risks minimization in the damage investment activity of the clients. It is defined the directions of the bank credit politics reorganize, which must lead to the quality economics growth in Russia, and the measure of the state regulation on incentive of the innovation credit products of the banks.
