Estimation of change of availability of habitation at the organization of the building savings in Russia

The problem of housing affordability is important for people in Russia. In many countries the problem is solved with the functioning of the institute building savings banks. In the present article it is examined the possibility of organizing such an institution in Russia and also evaluated changes in housing affordability as a result of this event.
