Planning the salary of state employees in Russia at the XIX century

In the article an overview of the historical practice of planning (calculation) for state employees’ salary (money compensation) in Russia in the XIX century is provided. The calculations of annual expenditures for different categories of state employees (according to the status and position) on the base of the salary planning are adduced. Also the differences between planned necessities of different categories of state employees are substantiated.
