The formation of revenues of local budgets on an example of the Kirov region

In the article it is marked, that the main purpose of local budgets is the creation of a sustainable financial base for implementation of local self-government bodies of their tasks. The composition and structure of incomes of the consolidated budget and the local budgets of the Kirov region are researched. The conclusion is made that the redistribution of the tax powers between the levels of power and the improvement of tax administration are the main reserves to increase the tax base of local budgets.
