Evolution of management in rent potential of the land areas

The governmental strategy of Russia concentrates attention to maintenance of food well-being of the population and food safety of the country in intermediate term and long-term prospect are marked in the article. Realization of these strategic problems is possible only on the basis of rational and efficient control ground areas subjects of managing with preservation and escalating of efficiency of fertility of the ground areas. It allows to create the land rent and to realize rent potential as stimulus and source of the modern modernization of agriculture.
