The current state of the world economy, characterized by global financial instability curve indicates unresolved, and exacerbated by the effects of the crisis, which is recognized as the fundamental cause of the exhaustion of the model of world order and global development. Today we are talking about the need to change the paradigm of economic, when the models and tools implementing the policy, as well as the methods of their application must take into account the changes in the global financial system, which has acquired a totally different quality.
