Nooeconomy: problems of struggling with economic entropy

The article is devoted to the problems of increasing anti-economic of entropy due to the turbulence of world development through the use of noo-factors as a tool for planning the directions of community development. It is concluded that the positive economic development of society within the framework of the noo-imperatives can be achieved by providing the reproduction of the globalization of technology-based management policy-formation logos (knowledge-policy) and the development of converged hypernet.
