The stabilization financial policy of the state: foreign experience

In the article foreign experience is generalized and the mechanism of realization of a stabilization financial policy is opened. Specificity of a stabilization financial policy of the countries-exporters of the raw goods is considered. The estimation of financial stabilization of economy of the USA within the limits of world financial crisis is given 2008-2010.
