Role of bank sector in the decision of the problems in the social and economic development of the Chechen Republic

In given article authors investigate conditions, problems and prospects of development of bank sector of the Chechen Republic, the structure of formed bank system of region is characterized, the basic services of credit institutions of republic are described in detail. It isdefinded the basic problems of bank system of region in interrelation with present problems of real sector of economy in the republic. It is justified the possibility of bank system of republic to become the effective tool of a regional policy. On the basis of the analysis of the credit organizations and real sector of economy of the Chechen Republic, authors of article come to a conclusion that in region the credit system isn't generated yet answering to pressing needs of economy of region. Authors offer the new approach to development of bank system and creation of a special economic zone in the Chechen Republic.
