The new approaches of the definition retirement age

This article is devoted the problems of the determining retirement age in Russia, it is explored the different approaches to the increase retirement age, taking into account international practices. The particular interest is proposal to introduce of the «flexible retirement» in Russia, which are based on a later retirement without increasing the retirement age.
