On the practice of preliminary and subsequent financial control in the Russian empire for the 2’nd half of XIX century

In the article is researched the practice of preliminary and subsequent financial control which was formed in the Russian Empire in XIX century as a result of large-scale financial reform. On the basis of historical evidences the author makes a characteristic of the most considerable control procedures at the stage of calculation of financial estimates and on the stage of summing up of results (or fulfillment of estimates).
