Features of mortgage lending development with the international structure of participants

Currently, it is getting popularly to take credit for the purchase of a property abroad that actualizes this topic. The paper identified main features of mortgage lending development with the international structure of participants. The author offered recommendations to help of international mortgages development in Russia, one of which is developed by the author introducing the mechanism for providing this loan, members of which are Russian bank, foreign bank and the borrower.
