The development of the market of payment cards in Russia is one of the major problems of economic development in modern conditions. This article is devoted to the examination of the market of payment cards. The main problems of the market of payment cards have been found. The made examination has proved above-noted problems. In the article, the author has also proposed and proved the development trends in the market of payment cards.
