Budget funding of innovative economic development at sub-federal level

In the article author has analyzed the most significant regulations, aimed at the development stimulating and innovation funding in Russian Federation and Novosibirsk Region from 1995 till 2011. The author presents planned and actual statistics on budget funding of administration and programs, and also the summary of budget spending dynamics and structure.
