From economy of the community to nooeconomy: the imperatives of global hypercoherence

The article is devoted to the problems of transition from the global economy, to «economy of the community» with the subsequent transition to «nooeconomy.» There have been made the conclusion about the migration processes and procedures of the intellectual infrastructure management, functioning on the basis of a converged hypernet that is formed on the basis of: Internet of Things, Smart Grid, Cisco Planetary Skin, Central Nervous System for the Earth, Smartdust, RFID-tags, for information integration of heterogeneous use, location and owners of objects - people, machines, technical systems, and natural objects.
