Financial mechanism in state service sector

The article presents theoretical generalizations revealing the contents of financial mechanism in a state service sector. The first generalization group is built upon the basis of identification of a specific character of a state service sector as an object of financial mechanism formation. The second generalization group is connected with substantial characteristics of financial mechanism itself.
