Other credits: essence, problems and prospects

In this work the author researches essence of nonconventional crises during the period with 2007 for 2011. The basic problems of use of «other credits» are analyzed; the possible reasons and consequences of their turning are allocated. Reduction of «other credits» occurs along with increase in excessive currency holdings, external debts of corporate sector of economy that at all isn't stabilizing and anti-inflationary factors. According to the author, for economy the increase in internal «nonconventional» credits in exchange for reduction external «traditional» is much safer.
