In the article it is marked the modernization and development of market infrastructure of rural territories in system of leasing, bank crediting, insurance of risks of agricultural business and end of norm-legal registration of the ground areas, actual problems. It will allow to achieve acceleration of modernization agricultural manufacturers, their social and economic improvement and the decision of problems of food well-being of the population of the country, in particular, the population of rural territories where the problem of labor employment and healthy way of life.
