Nooeconomy: genesis of designing a new socio-economic reality

The article is devoted to the implementation issues of macro-strategy vector, «the world economy» → «economy of the community» → «nooeconomy». It is made conclusion about the necessity of transformation of the mechanisms of economic management in the methodology of purposeful design geostrategic reality of the socio conditional techno-natural environment via optimizing the ability of members of society to cooperate in the noo-imperatives of socio-economic development.
