The account of the rent factor during transition of the ground area to the effective proprietor

In the article it is researched the ground rent, being a conditional-settlement parameter, is used for definition of a degree of validity of distribution of received profitableness in system of the taxation rent and ground-mortgaging attitudes of land users, and also at involving the ground areas in wider spectrum of a civil revolution ground areas garden and personal plots, the grounds of farms and the agricultural organizations. In this connection in modern conditions rather actual there are decisions of problems of potential efficiency of the ground, differentiation qualities and sites of the ground areas causing occurrence of the ground rent.
