Financial schemes and ways are reviewed in this article in order to stimulate Russian clothing producers with affordable loans. Analysis of the existing legislation regulating crediting of the industrial enterprises was carried out. Examples of export financing with the help from export-credit agencies of certain European states are reviewed.
