Perfection of budgetary support of investment projects of regional development

On the basis of the analysis of indicators of an operating official technique of alignment of budgetary security of subjects of the Russian Federation it is offered to add these indicators in the factor stimulating authorities of subjects to use of regional budgetary resources for creation of innovative products. Practical application of this indicator will allow the subject meaning taking up rather higher in relation to other subjects of the obligation on financing at the expense of the regional budget of investment projects, having nation-wide value, to apply for additional preferences from the federal budget. Examples of investment projects of the Ulyanovsk region which illustrate importance of the consolidated support from federal and regional budgets of such projects are resulted.
