Experience of the quantitative estimation of parameters of monetary circulation in regions of northern economic region of Russia

The original technique of construction of structural model of monetary weight at regional level is applied. The analysis of the basic tendencies and features of a condition of monetary circulation of regions of the North of Russia is carried out. On the basis of the resulted analysis the author comes to a conclusion that the monetary circulation condition in region (first of all regional level of a monetization) affects development of real sector of economy of region. On the other hand, the given research doesn't give the grounds for absolutization of this influence (in the spirit of extreme monetarism).
