Economy public sector and its role in national economy of Kazakhstan development

In the article the state role is shown as largest participant of national economy of any country. A role and possibilities of the state and public finances in social development can be various and depend on concrete conditions. For a current stage of development of the Kazakhstan economy the considerable increase in public sector is typical. In the article there are shown questions of positive and negative aspects of displaying the given processes. The main of them are: increase of requirements to the governmental management and concentration of risks in public finances system. The significant share of public sector makes it the main guarantor of national interests and the initiator of progressive changes in a society.
