The Russian corporate bond market: a comparative analysis of the main stages of development

The researches were based on the analysis of the dynamics of indicators of primary and secondary market of corporate bonds at the stage of formation of this market, as well as at the present stage of its development. Special attention in the article is paid to the analysis of sectorial and regional structure of issuers’ Russian corporate bonds market and the analysis of the dynamics of the market of the exchange traded bonds for the period 2008-2010.
