Model of an effective system of risk management in Russian companies

In the article is marked that the consequences of the crisis changed the awareness of the need and importance of integrating risk events in the formation of development strategies, as well as the implementation of the current activities of companies. It has served as stimulus to perfection of risk management systems in Russian companies, changing the relation to the risk. Risk-Management has become the key to the effective functioning of the company. However, despite the numerous Russian and foreign researches and also the borrowing of technology development and implementation of risk-management systems from the West, Russian companies have no uniform standards for risk -management.
