In the article is marked that the perfection of management by processes of formation and use of a fixed capital became one of the most significant problems in the economic and industrial policy. It is connected to a role of the fixed capital in industrial - technological potential of the industry, its influence to economic progress of the country as a whole. The using the cluster approach in the management of labor allows to achieve realization of innovative reproduction of the fixed capital of the enterprise.
