In the article is marked that the most actual problem of internal control in commercial bank is the necessity of the organization of the control environment (one of system elements) for the exception of repeatability lacks which had been revealed of the internal and external control services after checks. Also it is important to eliminate abusing from executives and the third parties in banking operations and transactions.
