Russian bank system in the first part of the XIX century

The article describes about the conditions and specifics of the bank system, commercial and credit interests of merchants in the first half of the XIX century in Russia. The great event was foundation of State Commercial Bank with branches in Moscow and many other big towns of Russia. The State credited of trade and industry. There was the first private banks in this time in Russia.
