Salary is like specific financial instrument for distribution of value added

The most topical and debatable problem of modern economic science and financial practice is salary. The article substantiates the concept of salary as specific financial instrument of market economy, investigates the place and the role of salary in macroeconomics and practice, the structure, the peculiarities of salary fund forming in Russia. In conclusion, the author gives some recommendations for the modernization of using salary as financial instrument of the crisis policy.
