About the nature of integration processes in post-industrial economy

Today the main motive power of economic development of the postindustrial countries and the basis for value creation company is an intellectual capital. In work the author reflects the point of view, which consists in the fact that the enterprise, as an organized structure, is a form of matter. The stable condition of matter is defined a set of intellectual and material capital, which corresponds a certain level of awareness of staff. In this article author put forward a hypothesis which explained the essence of integration processes in post-industrial economy, and graphically represented the notion of a competitive energy company, a formalized representation of the optimal, equilibrium state of company.
