Financial crisis is the multiple-factor phenomenon, to which the considerable uncontrollable and quickly realized external risks connected with financial globalization. The prevention of such crises demands the system approach. Its absence, an inattention to the saved up experience of the early prevention and features of forecasting by means of mathematical models hasn't allowed IMF to warn scale Asian crisis and global crisis 2008. The received experience gives an impulse to perfection of models of forecasting and transition to use of system measures in the prevention of crises.
