The content of finance in A.K. Storch’s scientific and practical activities

The article reveals the Treasury in the views of A.K. Storch - Russian scientist, the late XVIII - early XIX century. He has practical and scientific sides influenced the development of finance in this country. But, mostly A.K. Storch found not the domestic financiers, and foreign. He is considered one of the founders of Keynesian economic thought. From this point of view, the contents of Finance revealed cash, credit, fiscal relations, which A.K. Storch expounded in his scientific writings.
