Innovation leasing as a form of intellectual property commercialization

In today world an efficient intellectual property management becomes the crucial factor of competitive strength of economic agents, which is impossible without using of new forms of commercialization, and innovation leasing is one of them. This article considers the forms of innovation leasing in both developed countries and Russia, the author defines problems and opportunities of the given leasing sector, the main attention is paid to intellectual property leasing, software leasing. It is proved that in Russia intellectual property leasing is a matter of significant urgency having the great opportunities of software production. The article deals with a number of problems, which solution is able to encourage the process of commercialization of software and other intellectual property items in our country.
