The banks must to satisfy the main financial requirements of the enterprises on basis the supply of the accordance credit products. However, the principal attention of the modern Russian economists - theorists and practices accents оn the questions of the bank products structuring in purposes of the bank risks minimization. They are forget, that bank credit products probably, in first turn, the means of the realization of the financial requirements of the bank clients. The author is defined the demands on of the bank credit products structuring. That demands allows to secure the interests of the bank clients and to minimize the bank risks on basis the supple credit service of the enterprises requirements.
