Balance of payments and international investment position trends of «BRIC» countries

In the present work the tendencies of development of the balance of payments and international investment position of the BRIC countries before and after the latest global financial crisis are presented. On the example of the BRIC countries it is determined that effective foreign-economic policy of the government which include accumulation and rational use of international reserves, deterrence of inflation rate, stimulation of internal economic demand and increase of budget capital expenditures creates good background for the rise of human economic welfare, international capital flows and economic growth of the country. However, it is satisfied that these certain instruments of economic policy of the government will allow to manage with reasons of the global economic crisis and BRIC countries which set up, use and develop its instruments will take leading positions in the world economy.
