Directions and measures of the state support of system of hypothecary crediting

In connection with requirements of innovational development and modernization of all spheres of economy of Russia, switching and bank system, the problem of active participation of the state in development of system of hypothecary crediting have recently gained greater urgency. In the present work measures of the state support of the mortgage at federal and regional levels are systematized. It is concluded that realization of long-term strategy of the state on construction of inhabited the real estate is not possible without perfection of the market of hypotheca is made.
