Greening of taxation as an economic instrument environmental management

Great practical value in solving environmental problems today is attached Economic Instruments of Environmental Management. A central place among these instruments occupy environmental taxes. Greening of taxation pursued by shifting the tax burden away from traditional taxes on activities that damage the environment, not only creates the conditions for a clean development, but also stimulates the economy. The article deals with the problems and possibilities of ecological taxation in Russia.
