Innovative business and sources of its financing in the Ulyanovsk region

Now one of the priority purposes of the economic policy spent by the state is transition of Russia to an innovative way of development. It is connected not only with necessity of urgent replacement already morally and physically out-of-date techniques and technology in a number of branches of the Russian manufacture, but also more and more going deep differentiation of preferences of buyers. In work it is studied conditions of innovative activity in Russia in scientific and technical and technological sphere, an estimation of operating mechanisms in the field of the state support. The carried out analysis of structure of sources of financing has shown that the innovative enterprises carry out financing of innovative projects mainly at the expense of own money resources and prefer not to involve bank credits and venture investments for this purpose. The conclusion that for reception of the maximum profit and distribution of risks banks will to participate in creation of venture funds is drawn. Possibility to obtain the inexpensive credit will give stimulus to the innovative enterprises to increase in volumes of output, carrying out of new scientific researches and realization of workings out.
