Insurance business continues to be a favorable environment virtually for all kinds of economy related law infringements. Prerequisites for origin of shadow processes in insurance business are both objective factors inherent for insurance industry and internal reasons connected with inefficient placement of companies` equity funds and actuarial reserves. With that the denoted problems are new and topical since presuppose complex adequate solutions for interaction of the insurance industry with the banking system and capital market.
