Manifestation inflation in macroeconomic of instability presents itself serious and complex phenomena, requiring rapt attention to it self. In relationship with established crisis situation in economy of the country problem inflation processes gains else greater urgency. In given work is considered essence to theories to inflations, studied main trends and positions russian and foreign economic science. The Presented benchmark analysis theory to inflations, particularities of the influence to inflations on macroeconomic processes and her (its) regulation. Conclusion is Made about that that necessary to pay earnest heed on theory of the exceeding costs and her (its) varying factors (flexible, hard).
