The article covers the developed control system of risks of the credit organization of the average size (the size of actives from 300 million to 3 bln. dollars of the USA).There is the division of powers and responsibilities between the departments during the risk management process described. The list of blocks of a control system of risks is resulted for revealing, an estimation, management and monitoring of the basic risks influencing the credit organization.
