The article reveals a role in the domestic financial ideas of the Russian public figure of the late XVIII - early XIX century. A.K. Storch. It is proved that its practical and scientific work he influenced the development of the entire European science, being in the midst of solved the political economy and the financial problems of the most well-known scientists from Germany, France, Britain, Italy and other countries. A.K. Storch influenced the development of political economy in Russia, according to his research works occurred formation of financial thinking at various universities in the country in his writings grew an entire galaxy of Russian financiers.
