On improvement of public social services due to budgetary funds

The article discusses the current procedure for the provision of public social services, in particular, the disabled and veterans facilities and rehabilitation products.
     There have been some problems in the financial support of these services, as well as placing orders for them.
     Expediency: the monetization of benefits for persons with disabilities (veterans) facilities and products, simplification of procedures for granting of state (municipal) services to the public through the use of modern information technology.
