Juridical and organizational aspects of the regional debt policy

The article defines more precisely and uncovers the content of the regional debt policy. Conceptually this policy are encouraged to build on the basis of the provisions of the Code of best practice in the field of regional and municipal finances. Policy should define the acceptable level of debt burden on the regional economy and the structure of the debt of the subject of the Russian Federation. Attraction of loan funds for infrastructure investments should be the basis for this policy. Features of the subject of the RF can affect on the content of debt policy.
