The article is devoted research of the developed world practice of budgetary forecasting, and also consideration of questions, provision, macroeconomic stability and increase of reliability of economic forecasts at long-term budgetary planning in the Russian Federation. Recommendations about enhancement of system of budgetary forecasting and to use of model of macroeconomic interaction at planning of a budgetary policy of the Russian Federation are made.
