About the planning of expenditures on state authorities in Russia at XVIII century

The article is devoted to research of historical experience of state expenditures planning in Russia in XVIII century on example of expenditures for the state machinery. In the article is adduced an information about state activity spheres in which a calculation of expenditures on the base of establishment was made, the analysis of state employees numbers and sizes of salary is carry out. The problems are reviewed which were connected with financing of state machinery in Russia in XVIII century.
