In article making elements of the financial environment of retail bank in Russia are in details considered, indicators of macroenvironment and a microhabitat are allocated and detailed. The author focused attention on the analysis of components of a microhabitat of retail bank in Russia and their value. Also in article the modern condition of the financial environment retail banking is shown.
